This weekend we had a very quiet time - we are saving our energy to Thanksgiving Holiday (from Wednesday to Sunday next week).
On Saturday Alice had her first ballet class. It was an experimental class and she liked it a lot. She tried one class on Friday, but she had got scared, she cried and didn’t take the class. It was a jazz class. I think it was because she didn’t know anyone, some of the girls were older than her and we didn’t prepare her enough for this situation. She was so excited about this that we completely forgot to prepare her to what she could expect at the classes.
During the week I bought some basic scrapbook materials and on Saturday I resumed working on it. Marisa sent me some holler papers to make an album and I also bought three picture frames to embellish our fire place. I am very enthusiastic about scrapbooking again.
On Sunday we spend all morning at home and after lunch we visited Alexandria. Alexandria is a small city between Manassas and Washington DC (nearer Washington) and close to the Potomac River. It is a very cute city and one of the most historic areas of the country. Alexandria is famous for having been the city where George Washington lived and it also because preserves lots of historic 18th and 19th century’s buildings.

We also took a very short tour in a special free bus that crosses part of the city. It was nice.
Isso é tudo! That’s all!
Beijos Kisses,
